- Identify opportunities and staffing needs.
- Define required professional profiles.
- Coordinate with European companies and projects.
- Participate in candidate pre-selection and validation.
- Present applicable professional conditions.
- Support administrative and migration coordination.
- Facilitate the integration of approved candidates.

Local operator and technical coordinator in Senegal.
MIFA BUSINESS acts as the local operator of the project in Senegal. It supports territorial coordination, event logistics, candidate reception and operational coordination with the hotel and technical testing center.
Responsibilities
- Local event organization.
- Coordination with the hotel.
- Coordination or booking of the technical center.
- Candidate reception and accreditation.
- Summons and local communication.
- Coordination of materials and equipment.
- Support for setting up testing stations.
